Dance Movement Training is an integrated approach to enhancing dance technique and decreasing the risk of injuries by addressing posture and alignment, muscle imbalances, full body strength, and flexibility. Dancers will be taken through a warm-up and series of exercises to challenge their strength, stability, range of motion, and proprioception. Dancer's will receive appropriate feedback and tools for them to continue to use for improvement beyond the class time.
DANCER FIT GROUP CLASS:
Have you been interested in private training, or would you like more consistency in strength for your dancer? Dancer FIT is just that! It isn't an open class, so it will be the same group of dancers with the same goals each week. We will build a community with support, encouragement, and a lot of progress! Dancers will focus on strengthening muscles required for technical skills, improving stability, mobility, alignment, coordination, and power.
